Community Builders presented to URGED

Guest speaker Clark Anderson with Community Builders addresses over 70 people in attendance Tuesday night at the annual meeting of the Upper Rio Grande Economic Development Council at the Rio Grande Club, South Fork. A number of SLV elected officials and other business representatives from throughout the central and northern parts of the Valley were in attendance. OUTH FORK— Several community leaders gathered at the Rio Grande Club in South Fork on Tuesday evening, March 14 to participate in the fifth annual dinner meeting of Upper Rio Grande Economic Development (URGED). The night’s key speaker was Community Builders co-founder and Executive Director Clark Anderson.

The evening was well attended, with well over 75 people from around the Valley. Community leaders from Conejos, Mineral, Alamosa, Saguache and several other neighboring counties were introduced at the beginning of the program.
