ALAMOSA — The 12th Judicial District (Alamosa, Conejos, Costilla, Mineral, Rio Grande and Saguache counties) Access to Justice Committee is offering a free presentation regarding issues surrounding evictions.

The event is scheduled from 9 to 11 a.m. Friday, April 21, at the San Luis Valley Behavioral Health East Building, 8745 County Road 9 S in Alamosa.

This will be the third annual presentation covering the legal process landlords must follow in an eviction. Presenters will discuss the basic steps and requirements, followed by a panel discussion. Panel members will include attorneys, judges, court personnel and law enforcement representatives.
