Aaliyah Salazar

Aaliyah was born on May 16, 2008 to Amanda (Elijah) Sanchez and William Trujillo in Alamosa, CO. Aaliyah had just become a teenager and so excited to start her freshman year in high school.

She loved everyone and enjoyed making new friends, she knew no stranger. She had the biggest heart and wanted to share it with everyone. Aaliyah lived with her “DADA” and together the duo made many memories along the way. They loved the outdoors and every chance they got they went up to the mountains, even if it was just a drive or camp by the fire.

She had an outstanding passion for all animals, she was the proud mommy of 3 dogs, a cat, a turtle, and some hamsters. Her new passion had become TikTok, we knew she was going to be famous one day, she would get ready all day long, putting on her makeup, eyelashes, and tons of outfits, to make a 30 second TikTok.

Parents Amanda Sanchez, and William Trujillo survive her, and stepfather Elijah Sanchez, Sr. Her Grandfather also known as “Dada” Gary Salazar (Ida White), her grandmother Sylvia Gurule, Sherry and Eli Martinez, her Siblings, Ahlexis Salazar, Elijah Sanchez, jr., Xavier Sanchez and Logan Montoya. Her Uncle Christopher also known as “Dude” (Nicole) Salazar, Chris Salazar, Pat Gurule and Dennis Gurule. Her Auntie’s Janice Padilla, Lucy Arias, Theresa Gurule, Alma Gurule and Lisa Ramirez. She is also survived by her great aunts and uncles, cousins and many many friends.
