Adams State Spring Wellness Week begins April 22
ALAMOSA – The Adams State University FitWELL Program in collaboration with La Puente’s Hunger Education Week has planned activities for the semi-annual Wellness Week. Events will take place from April 22 through April 28.
Fitness and Wellness Coordinator Jessica Chacon coordinated with campus clubs, departments and community organizations to host events and workshops. Events are open to the public, and free unless otherwise noted.
Saturday, April 22:
