ALAMOSA - The Adams State University Art League Haunted House hours are: 6 p.m. until 12 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 27, in the Art Building north entrance (across from Zacheis Planetarium). Cost is $6 for adults and $4 for brave kids. Bring a canned food or non-perishable for $1 off per person.

Adams State Nursing Department Haunted Asylum will be held from 6 p.m. until 11 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 31, on the second floor of Richardson Hall. Ticket sales end at 10 p.m. Admission is $5/soul with $1 off if you bring a canned food item or winter coat.

The Adams State University Art Department will host a Performance Bronze Pour from 6:30 p.m. until 7:15 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 31, in the kiln yard, south end of Art Building. Enjoy drumming, courtesy of the Alpine Backbeats Drumline, and watch the flames lick up black powder as an opening act to the actual hot liquid bronze pour. Participants are encouraged to dress in their best Día de los Muertos costume. The event is free and open to the public.
