ALAMOSA — Alamosa city council meets at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 7, at city hall, 300 Hunt Ave., with agenda items including public hearings on amended pay plan, GOCO Inspire Grant and ordinance amendments regarding violations (decreasing the number of jail-able offenses on first offense, for example.)

The city council will also hear an update on the SLV Harm Reduction Program and consider a resolution adopting the three-mile annexation plan.
