ALAMOSA — The fifth and sixth graders of the Valley stayed busy over this past season with youth basketball. After a productive season the champions were named.

For the 5th and 6th grade boys in an early bid to repeat history it was the Sanford Team. For the 5th and 6th grade girls it was the Maroon Team.

Both Blue teams for the boys and girls were runners-up.  Even with the bitter cold arriving in the Valley, children still have options through Parks and Rec to stay active.
