Filomeno Vargas, 21, of Alamosa, was cited for speeding 5-9 miles per hour over the limit.

Sergio Salazar, 65, of Alamosa, was cited for speeding 5-9 miles per hour over the limit.

Kris Malinky, 45, of Queen Creek, Ariz., was cited for speeding 5-9 miles per hour over the limit.

John Claffin, 74, of El Prado, New Mexico, was cited for speeding 5-9 miles per hour over the limit.

Miguel Gutierrez, 70, of Monte Vista, was cited for failing to yield the right-of-way upon entering the highway.

Charlene Green, 81, of Alamosa, was cited for possession of a handgun and carrying a concealed weapon.
