Salvador Lucero, 48, of Alamosa was cited for violation of restraining order, 1st degree criminal trespass.

Nasibullah Rehan, 27, of Kansas City, Missouri was cited for required position and method of turning – left.

Elijah Baca, 23, of Alamosa was cited for failing to yield ROW upon entering highway.
