Christopher Rodriguez, 35, of Alamosa, was cited for theft under $300.

Joshua Segura, 40, of Alamosa, was cited for domestic violence, third degree assault and false imprisonment of an adult.

Jesus Guerrero, 40, of Monte Vista, was cited for driving under the influence, parking lights required, violated restriction drivers license regarding Interlock.

Tristen Bomer, 24, of Red River, N.M., was cited for failing to display valid registration.

Kaylynn Lucero, 19, of Alamosa, was cited for following too closely.

Kevin Goudace, 42, of Alamosa, was cited for obstructing an officer.

Robert Benavidez, 29, was cited for theft under $300, trespassing.

Orlando Medina, 34, of Alamosa, was cited for first degree criminal trespass, obstructing an officer, firefighter, EMS provider, rescue specialist volunteer and illegal possession of a controlled substance.

David Bayley, 72, of Fort Garland, was cited for limitations on/ unsafe backing, failing to stay at the scene of an accident.

Kayla Abachieche, 34, of Alamosa, was cited for following too closely, failing to present evidence of insurance.

Walter Archuleta, 66, of Alamosa, was cited for FRA suspension.

Curtis Lane, 28, of Alamosa, was cited for displaying expired plates 60 days.
