ALAMOSA — The Alamosa Rotary Club is pleased to announce that Loren Howard, CEO of SLV Rural Electric, will be the speaker on Monday, October 16, at noon at Juanito’s Restaurant, 1019 Sixth Street in Alamosa.

Loren Howard will speak about the SLVREC’s exciting new initiatives in the implementation renewable energy sources and the provision of high-speed internet in the Valley.
