Alamosa seniors raffling Quiller etching, Borders quilt

ALAMOSA — Thanks to all who came for the Harvest Dance and Potato Potluck last Friday! We had a blast and will try to plan another dance in November! Thanks, Nadine for helping to get those potatoes in the oven! And a big thank you to Joan Avila for sending them our way!

Karen’s crew of line dancers are kicking up their heels, getting some great exercise and making new friends. Come out and join us each Tuesday @ 10 a.m.

Please note that Tai Chi with Lynn Johnson has moved to 8:30 a.m. on Wednesdays. She has a 5:30 evening class on Wednesdays as well.

Thanks so much to all of you who have sold and purchased raffle tickets. We are raffling off an original Steve Quiller Framed Etching, Handmade Quilt (Caffeine Frenzy) by Rhonda Borders, $50 City Market Card, $50 Amazon Card and several smaller items. Tickets are 5 for $10 or 1 for $3. Please drop by if you would like to purchase some. We are accepting items for our Silent Auction and would love to hear from you if you plan on donating baked goodies! It’s so cool being part of one of the most generous communities on the planet!
