Amarah's Corner: Amarah offers free Bible correspondence course

Hi! My name is Amarah. Kids are important to me, and they’re important to Jesus, too.

Teaching kids about God and his Word is so important God told parents in Deuteronomy 6:7

(KJV) to “…teach them diligently unto thy children, and talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.”

And, Jesus said in Matthew 25:40 (KJV), “Whatever you’ve done unto the least of these (kids), you’ve done it unto me.” In Matthew 18:10 (KJV), Jesus said, “Take heed that ye despise not (hurt or be mean to) one of these little ones; for I say unto you, that in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven.”

“Kids like me” are kids whose parents are drug addicts, and alcoholics; kids who have suffered, or who are suffering, abuse and neglect on multiple levels; and kids who are victims of bullying.

Hey kids like me! Did you know Jesus told us to, Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature (Mark 16:15, KJV)? You may be thinking, “But, I’m just a kid!” Well, I’m a kid, too, but I found a way to do it! (Thank you, Brother Erwin)!

One of my goals when “Kids Like Me” first started was to have a Bible correspondence course to help kids, and parents, learn about Jesus because I want you to know Jesus loves you! I want you to know there is life beyond drug addiction and kids like me do not have to, and should not, end up the same way our parents did.

My great grandmother, Nannie, was a World Bible School (WBS) Bible Correspondence Teacher. She had students all over the world, mainly Africa and Nigeria. I have heard that her large dining room table was covered with WBS lessons most of the time. I didn’t get to know my Nannie, but I have pictures of her holding me when I was a baby. I just wish Nannie knew that WBS is partnering with me to help kids like me, and their parents, know Jesus loves them! Yay!

I am so excited because I’m going to do the same thing my great grandmother did! I’m offering WBS Bible Correspondence Courses (free of charge & postage paid) to all kids like me, everywhere, and their parents, too! Even if you’re not a kid like me, and it doesn’t matter how old you are, if you want to take the WBS Bible Correspondence Courses, just write to me, or call, with your name, age, and address, and I will get you started ASAP!

The kids WBS Bible Correspondence Courses are for kids ages 8-12. When you write to me or call, I will send the Kids WBS Bible Courses to you immediately. Teens and adults have the same WBS Bible Correspondence Courses, so if you want to take them let me know and I will get them to you right away! WBS Bible courses for teens and adults can be received through regular mail, email, or online through the WBS website, worldbibleschool.org. Once registered, you will be “adopted” by a teacher and if you prefer, all lessons will be online.

WBS Bible Correspondence Courses are non-denominational, printed in English and Spanish, and are for those of Muslim faith, as well. WBS Bible Correspondence Courses share the Good News of Jesus, the plan of salvation, how to develop a personal relationship with the Lord, and how to live a Christian life. The Bible was written for every person in every culture. There are no time limits and no schedules. Feel free to take the courses as you have time. I hope to hear from you soon!

And, if you know a kid like me, or parent, who does not have a Bible, but would like to have one, please, contact me and I will make sure he or she gets a Bible of their very own, “…and all the earth may know there is a God…” (1 Samuel 17:46, KJV).

My goal is to help kids like me, and I want to help their parents, too. Until next time, remember, Jesus Loves You, and JESUS IS LORD!
