CENTER — Andrelita Trujillo-Garcia, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt and great aunt succumbed in a tragic fatal car accident on October 20th, 2020 in Belen, New Mexico, at the age of 62. She was celebrated in birth on April 9th, 1958 in Ranchos de Taos, New Mexico to parents Vences and Dolores Trujillo.
Andrelita attended Center High School, graduated and had 3 children. She went on to obtain her nursing degree and had 38 challenging but satisfying years servicing the public health industry in 3 different states Utah, Colorado, and finally New Mexico. She also provided professional guidance for the family by listening, advising, and caring whenever called upon.
Andrelita was also known for her artistic talents. She loved to draw, paint, cross stitch, croche, embroider, landscape portraits, and so much more. She could bring a smile to all with her amazing sense of humor and contagious laugh. She loved her children and, like most grandparents, adored and loved her grandchildren dearly.
Being a loving, caring, honest, and courageous woman, Andrelita was also a constant spiritual and moral compass for our family.
She is preceded in death by both parents, Vences and Dolores Trujillo, siblings Vangie Trujillo-Chacon (survived by Leroy Chacon) Joann Trujillo-Rael (survived by Juan Rael) and Viki Trujillo.
She is survived by her children Andreanna Garcia-Parkison, Bert Jr. and Nicole Garcia and Alonzo Garcia. Her grandchildren Samantha, Payton, Kennedy, Olivia and Jacob. Her siblings Isabel Trujillo, Vences & Angie Trujillo, Barbara & Robert Jaramillo, Abelino Trujillo, Anthony & Gina Trujillo, Josie & Mark Barela, Christine Trujillo, David & Paula Trujillo, MaryAnn Trujillo, Marie Trujillo and Patricia Trujillo- Dorsey and numerous nieces and nephews.
A viewing is scheduled for Sunday, October 25th, 2020 from 5:00-5:45 pm at Noblin Funeral Service 418 W. Reinkon Ave. Belen NM, 87002.
Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic a private Memorial/Celebration in her honor will be scheduled at a later date.
