Terry Cooper, 27, of Alamosa was cited for obstructing a peace officer, resisting a peace officer, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, theft under $300./

Leevi Greenawald, 24, of Alamosa was cited for displaying expired plates over 60 days, driving under restraint for Express Consent or Alcohol/Drug Related Offense.

Chad Spencer, 31, of Monte Vista was cited for driving under restraint, speeding (1-4 mph over)

Jacob Harris, 36, of Alamosa was cited for dog running at large, unprovoked bite.

Jesse Kreps, 43, of Alamosa was cited for displaying expired plates over 60 days.
