Arnold Quintana

La Jara resident Arnold Anthony Quintana, 73, passed away May 5, 2018 at the Parkview Medical Center in Pueblo, with his loving family by his side. Arnold was born on November 2, 1944 in Capulin, Colorado, the son of Manuel Quintana and Louise Torres Quintana. Arnold served and was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He was an outgoing and loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin and friend who enjoyed going fishing, camping, riding motorcycles, going to bingo and gambling. Arnold was known by his family and friends for being a prankster.

Survivors include his son Anthony Lee (Jenny Rebecca) Quintana of Alamosa, CO; grandsons Michael Lee Quintana, Arnold Anthony Quintana both of Alamosa, CO;, great-grandson Isaiah Archuleta of Alamosa, CO; great-granddaughter Nevaeh LaShay Archuleta of Alamosa, CO; brother Edward (Mary Ann) Quintana of Capulin, CO. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Arnold was preceded in death by his parents Manuel and Louise Quintana, wife Katy Quintana, granddaughter Marcie Quintana, brothers Robert Lee Quintana and Arnold Agapito “Jinx” Quintana.
