ASU Counselor Education is still registering for TEAMS

ALAMOSA—There is still time to register for the “Trauma Experiences and Management Strategies (TEAMS)” free, all-day symposium. Space is limited. The event will be held on Wednesday, March 15, in the Adams State Student Union Building and is sponsored by Adams State University Counselor Education Department in partnership with SLV Behavioral Health Group, the SLV Joint Interagency Oversight Group and Tu Casa.

The symposium is meant to help educate counselors, teachers, and community members on emergency preparedness, crisis response and the aftermath of trauma. Keynote speakers for the day include Frank DiAngeles and Joel Givens. CEUs will be available to participants.
