SALIDA — Avery Ann Jenine Garoutte was born at Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center’s Family Birthing Center in Salida on May 15, 2018, at 4:30 p.m. She weighed 7 pounds, 9 ounces, and measured 19 inches long.

Avery’s parents are Travis and Amy Garoutte of Saguache. She has a brother, Justin, and a sister, Camrey.

Grandparents are Martin and Lori Reynolds of Alamosa, and Patricia Garoutte of Yuma, Arizona.

Great-grandparents are Lloyd and Jenine Reynolds, and Harold Ziegler, all of Alamosa.
