MONTE VISTA — Gage Steven OBrien was born June 26, 2018, at SLV Health to Alyssa and Nicolas OBrien of Monte Vista. Gage weighed 4 pounds 5 ounces and was 16 inches long. Welcoming him home are big sister and brother Justine and Brad OBrien.

Maternal grandparents are Kurt Metzger of Del Norte and Karen Metzger of Monte Vista. Paternal grandparents are Debra Nies of Mesa, Arizona, the late Steve Nies of Mesa, Arizona, and Thomas OBrien of North Dakota.

Great grandparents are Millie Nies and the late Harold Nies of North Dakota; Bill and Diane Keeling of Chandler, Arizona; Gordon and Marilyn Braaten of North Dakota; and the late Jack and Irene OBrien of North Dakota.
