ALAMOSA — On May 2, 2019, Debbie and Luis Felix Montoya, Jr. of Alamosa welcomed a baby girl, Melina Skyla Montoya. She weighed 4 pounds, 7.3 ounces and was 18 inches long. She was welcomed home by her siblings, Mia and Camdyn  Montoya. Her maternal grandparents are Charles and Debbie Silva of Del Norte. Melina’s paternal grandparents are Barbara Montoya of Monte Vista and Luis and Brenda Pinon of Commerce City.
