ALAMOSA — Driver Marissa Black, 23, was cited for careless driving causing injury on Tuesday, Oct. 9, after the vehicle she was driving struck pedestrian William Drain, 71, at Fourth Street and State Avenue, Alamosa. Drain sustained minor injuries and was transported to San Luis Valley Health by ambulance.
