Breanna Rogers serving in Florida


SANFORD—Breanna Rogers of Sanford is serving a mission in the Florida Orlando Mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

Breanna left in January of 2016 and is expected to return in July or August of 2017. She received her training for two weeks at the Missionary Training Center in Utah.

Breanna graduated from Sanford High School in 2015, she is the daughter of Tom and Tina Rogers. She is the second of three children. While in high school she was on the Youth Council and played basketball for Sanford. She attended college in Colorado Springs prior to her mission where she played on the basketball team. Her team was the Women's 3 on 3 basketball champions. As a result they were able to play in the USA Olympic Training Center NATIONAL 3v3 tournament where they won.

Breanna is known for her constant cheerfulness, it is no surprise that she is loving her mission.  She reports to her family that she loves the Gospel and the people she is serving and serving with.
