ALAMOSA — Bryan Clive Edgar was born on January 22, 1955, to Virginia Anderson Edgar and Clive L. Edgar in Alamosa Colorado. He passed away on Wednesday, April 15th, 2020 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Bryan married Effie Lorraine Silvey, November 9th, 1978. Together they raised their daughter Autumn Lorae.

He is survived by his mother Virginia Edgar of Sanford, Colorado, former spouse Effie Zirnheld of Edgewood, NM, daughter Autumn Edgar of Albuquerque, New Mexico, brothers Tony (Gabriela) Edgar of Saint Johns, Florida, Darren (Monica) Edgar and Kevin (Connie) Edgar of Sanford, Colorado, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father Clive Edgar, sister Loralee Robinson, and brother-in-law Thomas Robinson.

He led a full life, complete with the opportunity to record his own original music and the ability to own and operate the Swan River Chocolate Factory in Red River, New Mexico. What he really loved doing though was cutting turquoise and other precious stones for Edgar Stone Designs. Bryan loved to speak about his childhood memories growing up in Colorado and the fun times with family and friends.

He enjoyed the time spent with uncles and cousins in Nevada and talking about turquoise. He was a compassionate person always showing kindness and consideration for the less fortunate. A graveside memorial service will be held at a later date.
