VALLEY — Caring for Colorado will be holding a San Luis Valley Tour with Community Conversations in March.

Since 1999 Caring for Colorado has provided grants to communities throughout the state to improve health and health care for Coloradans, particularly for people and communities with the greatest barriers to care and the least amount of resources.

Today, as communities across Colorado change and grow, so too must the work of Caring for Colorado. Looking toward the future, Caring for Colorado is asking what it can do to improve health for people in Colorado. They invite community input in answering these questions:  

• How can we work more effectively to promote health equity?
