ALAMOSA — Everyone is invited to come out and enjoy the great entertainment lined up for the Ride the Rockies Celebration on Saturday, June 10.  More than 2,000 cyclists will be riding into Alamosa on Saturday to enjoy an afternoon and evening of fun and hospitality at the Alamosa Family Recreation Center. Live entertainment kicks off at 12 p.m. with Dave Mensch. At 2:30 is Marc Berger, followed by Grotto Cats at 5 p.m. Finishing up the evening is local favorite Sneakers, playing from 7:30 to 9:15 p.m.

Serving up some delicious eats on Saturday will be food vendors, Woody’s Q Shack, SLV Pizza, Charmer Catering, Rhybax Kitchen, Gosar Sausages and Blessed Brews.  

Odell Brewing Co. will be hosting a Beer Garden between 12- 9:30 p.m. that will benefit the Rio Grande Headwaters Restoration Project. Beers include: Odell IPA; 90 Schilling; Easy Street Wheat; and Drumroll APA. The Great Northern Carnival is in town as well, located in the northwest portion of the soccer fields.
