ALAMOSA– In light of the large scale, temporary loss of local internet service due to the Spring and other wildfires burning in southern Colorado, the City of Alamosa has announced that free WIFI internet service is available at several city facilities. Internet is available at the city library, Alamosa Family Recreation Center and throughout Cole Park just north of city hall. This service is expected to be available on Independence Day in spite of city offices being closed for the holiday.
