City opens new office at cemetery

ALAMOSA — The City of Alamosa is excited to invite the public to the Parks & Cemetery Office Ribbon Cutting and Open House Tuesday, October 31, from 1-2 p.m. The new office building received $200,000 in financial support from a Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) mineral impact grant.

The new Parks & Cemetery Office will house the parks superintendent, parks maintenance supervisor, and the cemetery operator. The new building is ADA compliant and will offer public restrooms.
