ALAMOSA — Alamosa city council will interview the dozen candidates for the open council seat beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 19, at city hall, 300 Hunt Ave., with a special meeting following to discuss and potentially appoint the at-large councilor. The Tuesday session is public.
