ALAMOSA — The Alamosa city council will hold a special work session meeting on Wednesday, Feb. 28, at 6 p.m. at city hall, 300 Hunt Ave., for: direction regarding potential site lease with Community Energy Solar Inc. for solar projects on city property; Rio Bravo RV Resort presentation; public comment; and city council discussion on Rio Bravo proposal.

An executive session may be held to discuss terms of the transfer of a portion of the ranch property.
