ALAMOSA — Alamosa city council will hold a special meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 23, in the Alamosa Fire Department training room, 425 Fourth Street, with executive sessions for evaluations of the city manager and city attorney and a public hearing/second reading on an ordinance approving an intergovernmental agreement with the county for a coordinated election on November 7.

A work session on capital improvement projects will follow at about 7:15 p.m.
