Claude N. Burson age 79 of Hooper Colorado passed away peacefully March 28th.

Claude was born January 9th, 1942 to C.D. and Marinda in Hooper Colorado where he resided his entire life.  Claude was a farmer/rancher and loved being independent, he was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing and looking for arrowheads. Claude was a veteran who served in the National Guard and was also was a member and assistant chief with the Mosca Hooper fire department in the 1970’2 and 1980s

Claude was a beloved father and grandfather and will be greatly missed.  He is survived by his children Kelly Richards and Michael Burson, seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, he was preceded in death by his parents.
