Cobb case moves to District Court

ALAMOSA — Creedence Cobb is headed to trial in the 12th Judicial District Court.

Cobb faces charges of trespassing on farmland, motor vehicle theft, criminal mischief, and theft.

Cobb appeared in Alamosa County Court on Wednesday morning and waived his right to a preliminary hearing in front of Alamosa County Judge Daniel Walzl. He is currently in custody in the Alamosa County Jail.

The move to District Court was agreeable to the state. His first hearing is set for February 5th in front of District Judge Michael Gonzales.
