College Tour filming begins on Adams State campus

Jaqueline and Jasmine Palacios-Molinar will share a segment telling their great Adams State story on The College Tour show.

ALAMOSA— The College Tour is coming to Adams State University the week of June 13. The program will tell the story of the University through the lens of its students.

Hosted by Alex Boylan, 2002 winner of the Amazing Race, The College Tour is a television series by Emmy-nominated and multi-award-winning producers. The show is featured on Amazon and streaming platforms that can be accessed all over the world.

The show will feature ten current Adams State students telling their Adams State great story. “We have a great selection of students,” said Bruce Rosengrant, vice president for community engagement and communication. “They could have attended any college or university, but they chose Adams State for a reason. These students will be shining stars on camera.”

For five days, The College Tour crew will film scenes across campus and out into the community for to supplement the student interviews. The finished product is expected to be on streaming platforms in October.
