Alamosa Community Greenhouse (1201 Edison Avenue in Alamosa)

Vegetables are grown year-round in a passive solar greenhouse.  Produce is shared by volunteers with excess going to the local food bank.  Volunteer workdays held every Sunday from 1:30 - 4pm.  Annual open house and plant sale in May.  Contact Jan Oen, 719-480-4771 or [email protected].

a geodesic greenhouse located behind the La Puente Homeless Shelter and Outreach building; benefits shelter meals and community members with fresh organic produce year-round

Adams State University Campus Community Garden

a garden for students and the surrounding community, growing produce for those involved and to benefit the ASU food pantry.

The garden is located off Murphy Dr. by the Gingerbread House on ASU campus and holds  regular worknights during the growing season.

Jessie May Olson Memorial Community Garden-  Monte Vista

a community garden located on the northeast corner of Stallo St. and Huxley Ave. in Monte Vista growing beautiful veggies and sharing the harvest with neighbors, those who contribute, and made available at the Monte Vista Farmers Markets on Friday mornings during the main growing season:
