ALAMOSA — The Mosca-Hooper Conservation District (MHCD) in Alamosa County will have a special meeting to discuss financial matters on Tuesday, March 20 at 7 p.m. at the USDA/NRCS Shared Service Center at 101 S. Craft Drive in Alamosa. The meeting is open to the public.
