SAN LUIS — Costilla County Clerk and Recorder’s Office will be closed on July 31, at 2 p.m. until August 2. The clerk’s office will reopen for regular business on August 6. The reason for the closure is the State of Colorado is implementing a new Motor Vehicle System, DRIVES. With the new system the clerk’s office will be providing online services.
