MONTE VISTA — Colorado Potato Administration board members and manager Jim Ehrlich presented a check in the amount of $50,000 to Friends of Ski Hi Park. The Colorado Potato Administrative Committee (CPAC) first pledged $25,000 to the project. It then challenged potato growers that if they would contribute $25,000 or more, then CPAC would contribute another $25,000. The goal was met, thus CPAC has contributed a total of $50,000 to the important Ski Hi Regional Use Event and Conference Center project.

Friends would like to say thank you to CPAC as this helps a great deal. Contributions in any amount are still desperately needed and can be sent to Friends of Ski Hi Park, P.O. Box 262, Monte Vista, CO 81144. Any amount is welcome and those over $100 qualify for Enterprise Zone Tax credit to qualified Colorado tax payers.
