  You have a choice. Fear or faith in God. Which will it be?

Life is short. Are you ready for eternity?

“Hatred stirs up strifes: but love covers all sins.” (Proverbs 10:12 AKJV)

Let love win the day.

Wed., February 7

“And he has put a new song in my mouth, even praise to our God: many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in the LORD.” (Psalms 40:3 AKJV)

He did for me. He can do it for you.

Thursday, February 8

“Blessed is that man that makes the LORD his trust, and respects not the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies.” (Psalms 40:4 AKJV)

Be blessed. Trust in the Lord.

Friday, February 9

“He answered and said to them, Well has Esaias prophesied of you hypocrites, as it is written, This people honors me with their lips, but their heart is far from me.” (Mark 7:6 AKJV)

“For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders, Thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness:” (Mark 7:21-22 AKJV)

This is not a pretty picture but it is an accurate picture. We all need God’s forgiveness.

Sunday, February 11

“For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you on the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that makes an atonement for the soul.” (Leviticus 17:11 AKJV)

In the New Testament Jesus, the Son of God shed His blood so that we could be forgiven. Praise the Lord!

“You shall not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.” (Leviticus 18:22 AKJV)

God said it.

Tuesday, February 13

“Blessed is he that considers the poor: the LORD will deliver him in time of trouble.” (Psalms 41:1 AKJV)

God will take care of those who take care of others.

Wednesday, February 14

“Speak to all the congregation of the children of Israel, and say to them, You shall be holy: for I the LORD your God am holy.” (Leviticus 19:2 AKJV)

God’s people should be like Him.

Thurs., February 15

“You shall fear every man his mother, and his father, and keep my sabbaths: I am the LORD your God.” (Leviticus 19:3 AKJV)

God’s plan is always the best plan. We would do well to heed His Word.

Friday, February 16

“And you shall not glean your vineyard, neither shall you gather every grape of your vineyard; you shall leave them for the poor and stranger: I am the LORD your God.” (Leviticus 19:10 AKJV)

Don’t spend all you have. We all should be ready and able to help those in need.

Saturday, February 17

“You shall not steal, neither deal falsely, neither lie one to another.” (Leviticus 19:11 AKJV)

This would take care of a lot of social ills. God’s way is the best way. 

Sunday, February 18

“And you shall not swear by my name falsely, neither shall you profane the name of your God: I am the LORD.” (Leviticus 19:12 AKJV)

God is holy and so is His name. Treat Him with respect.

Monday, February 19

“You shall rise up before the hoary head, and honor the face of the old man, and fear your God: I am the LORD.” (Leviticus 19:32 AKJV)

We need to honor our elders. This is God’s way.

Tuesday, February 20

“And when he had called the people to him with his disciples also, he said to them, Whoever will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.” (Mark 8:34 AKJV)

Following Jesus is a full commitment.

Wed., February 21

“For whoever will save his life shall lose it; but whoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel’s, the same shall save it.” (Mark 8:35 AKJV)

True life is found when we give our all to Jesus. The world cannot give the peace that Jesus can.

Thurs., February 22

“For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?” (Mark 8:36-37 AKJV)

Your soul is more valuable than anything in this world. Get right with God.

Friday, February 23

“Whoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he comes in the glory of his Father with the holy angels.” (Mark 8:38 AKJV)

Christians are not secret disciples. We are glad that we belong to Jesus.

Saturday, February 24

“As the hart pants after the water brooks, so pants my soul after you, O God.” (Psalms 42:1 AKJV)

This is the way that God’s people should feel about Him. Seek the Lord.

Sunday, February 25

“And there was a cloud that overshadowed them: and a voice came out of the cloud, saying, This is my beloved Son: hear him.” (Mark 9:7 AKJV)

We should all listen to Jesus. He is the Son of God.

Monday, February 26

“Jesus said to him, If you can believe, all things are possible to him that believes. And straightway the father of the child cried out, and said with tears, Lord, I believe; help you my unbelief.” (Mark 9:23-24 AKJV)
