ALAMOSA — The deadline for submissions to the literary and art collection, Messages from the Hidden Lake, has been extended to December 1, 2020. The Friends of the Alamosa Public Library invites creative writers and photographers of all ages to submit pieces for the volume, to be published in this winter.

Genre categories include poetry, short creative fiction and non-fiction, and black and white photography. There is a special category for full-color cover photography. Cash prizes will be awarded.
