CREEDE — Six-week Diabetes Workshop specifically geared for those living with diabetes or pre-diabetes, caregivers or a support person is planned November 14 through December 19 at the First Baptist Church, 600 La Garita Street, Creede. The class will be held from 1-3 p.m. weekly for six weeks.

This class focuses on learning or working with self-management skills and making healthy choices. There is NO COST for this workshop. Also included in the class will be a Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions companion book and a Relaxation CD.
