DEL NORTE — Diesel Barbosa celebrated his first birthday on June 18.

Diesel was born on June 18, 2016, in Alamosa to Curt and Jessica Barbosa of Del Norte. He has an older sister Ryann Marie Barbosa, 4.

Maternal grandparents are Shellie Martinez and the late Jake Tafoya of Dle Norte. Paternal grandparents are Ron Barbosa (Traci Barbosa) and Denise Canaday (James Canaday) of Monte Vista.

Great grandparents are Ann and Leroy Bennett of Del Norte and Joyce Pacheco of Monte Vista and great great grandma is Mabel Rudd of Del Norte.

Diesel celebrated with family and friends with a carnival themed party.
