SAN LUIS VALLEY — Longtime valley resident Dr. Raymond Mayo Culp, 80, passed away on October 22, 2019 at the Rio Grande Hospital in Del Norte. Arrangements are pending and will be announced through Rogers Family Mortuary in Monte Vista.
