ALAMOSA — Eclipse Property Management will now be servicing the Grand Valley in Grand Junction. As of August 9, 2019, Chuck Kelley with Eclipse Property Management, and Cindy Dickey with High Desert Realty have agreed to bring High Desert Realty into the Eclipse family. Dickey will be staying on with Eclipse Property Management to operate the Grand Junction office of Eclipse Property Management.

Eclipse Property Management now manages almost 500 rental units and has offices Salida and Grand Junction and the main office in Alamosa.

Eclipse Property Management’s mission is to provide quality property management services to owners and investors while connecting quality tenants with quality properties, and forging meaningful relationships with owners, tenants and vendors.

Kelley is the only RMP (Residential Management Professional) designated by the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) in Southern Colorado.
