Estella Eulalia Gallegos entered into the gates of heaven at the age of 88 years old on August 13, 2017, passing peacefully surrounded by her loving family. She was born on July 6, 1929, in La Jara, Colo. to Reymundo and Bersabel Vigil Martinez.

Estella is survived by her children, Larry, Fremont, Ca., Jim, Manteca, Ca., Mike (Cheryl), Fremont, Ca., Sharon (Jerry) Foster, Newark, Ca. She was blessed with 20+ grandchildren and great grandchildren plus brothers and sisters, Raymond (June), Maricopa, Ariz., Eloy (Manuela), Lodi, Ca., Lafayette, Newark, Ca., Matilda Basurto, Manteca, Ca., Arthur (Ruth), Fremont, Ca., Mary (Rudy) Franke, Ceres, Ca., plus numerous nephews and nieces.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Vincent Gallegos formerly of Bountiful, Colo., sister Tiva Romero, La Jara, Colo., Ben Martinez, Union City, Ca.

Mass was held at Holy Spirit Church, Fremont, Ca.
