Farm park community input meeting set

ALAMOSA — The Rio Grande Farm Park is hosting a community input meeting to discuss the Environmental Education Pavilion that will be built at the park. All interested community members are encouraged to come share their ideas about what they would like to have included, such as specific equipment, furnishings, and learning materials.

The meeting will be held on Wednesday, January 30 at 1919 Main St (Grizzly Inn). Two identical sessions will be held, the first from 5:30-6:30 p.m. and the second from 7:30-8:30 p.m. The purpose for these duplicate sessions is to cater to the needs of the community and allow all interested members to be able to attend.

A tostada bar will be served between the two sessions, so come hungry!

Anyone with questions about the event may contact Education Coordinator Peter Wise at [email protected].
