ALAMOSA — A free health fair with physical therapy, wound care, health information, wellness supplies and more will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 9, at La Puente Outreach Services, 929 State Ave., Alamosa, provided by Regis University physical therapy and nurse practitioner students and faculty.
