ALAMOSA — Children are invited to a free Gingerbread Festival sponsored by Tu Casa and the Children’s Advocacy Center from 9-11 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 1, at the First United Methodist Church, 2005 Mullins Ave., Alamosa. Decorate gingerbread people. Santa will bring toys for all children. Bring a canned or nonperishable food item to benefit the food bank network.
