Leota Moore DeSouchet celebrated her 99th birthday at the Bridge in Alamosa Tuesday May 4 with her daughter Kathryn/Kay. Leota grew up in Monte Vista and Alamosa. She and her honey Bill DeSouchet (from Boulder) raised their three children (Kathryn, Bill and Charlie) in Alamosa. Leota has eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
