VALLEY — Open enrollment for the Individual Market Place on Connect for Health Colorado starts November 1, and ends January 12, 2018. At San Luis Valley Health, Cathy Lesnansky, a Certified Health Coverage Guide, provides free, unbiased assistance. Her office is right off the cafeteria area at 106 Blanca Avenue in the Regional Medical Center in Alamosa. Her hours are Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. and others by appointment. 

Cathy has worked in the SLV Health admissions area and prior to moving the Valley worked as an internal communications specialist for customer service reps at a cable, internet, voice and home security company.

Cathy will provide educational material about health insurance plans, assist users in their shopping experience for plans as well as help users with their online application. Bilingual assistance is available upon request.
