MOSCA – The National Park Service will discuss and receive input on its Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the Great Sand Dunes National Park and Preserve Ungulate Management Plan, which analyzes alternatives to manage elk and bison, on Wednesday, May 9 from 6-7:30 p.m. at the Rio Grande Water Conservation District, 8805 Independence Way, Alamosa and Thursday, May 10 from 6-7:30 p.m. at the Baca National Wildlife Refuge Headquarters, 69812 County Road T, Crestone.
